Santa Fe County takes its first steps in adopting the New Mexico Legislative bills put forward by Brian Egolf and Peter Wirth (

House Bill 572 and Senate Bill 647). It is still unknown what interest rate the initial financing will be offered at, who will be eligible, and when it will begin; however the process has begun.
